The rules that sit behind a confirmed collection.
Quotes are estimates until we confirm volume, access and waste type. Starting prices on this site are for typical loads during ordinary hours. Extra labour, parking, mixed waste and same-day premiums are confirmed before collection.
You must own the waste or have authority to have it removed. Hazardous materials (asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste) must be declared. We may refuse unsafe loads.
Payment is due as agreed on the call. Licensed disposal is included in confirmed quotes unless we say otherwise.
Call 0333 567 1927 or email info@rubbish-removal.uk with any dispute within 7 days of collection.
